Aiza Suites - Istanbul

The family room was spacious, featuring a couch and a sofa bed. the location was excellent, just a short distance from Cevahir Mall and in the heart of the shopping area. We were conveniently located only 500 metres from Pret a Manger, which offered quick meal options.

Exceptionally comfortable venue, absolutely perfect location just next door to Nisantasi shopping center, the Osmanbey square and the shopping area, loved our stay. The hotel staff was helpful, they all greeted us. We got a room with a bath. Had kitchenette which was convenient. We had perfect 10/10 7 days here, recommend.

The employees are all amiable. It has a magnificent and perfect location in the center of the shopping area. Distance to a restaurant takes 400 metres...

We had a wonderful stay for 18 nights in a cozy suite with amenities like an electric kettle and mini fridge; the location was perfect near Cevahir mall, and we enjoyed lunch at a nearby restaurant, Eat.

I spent 13 nights at Aiza Suites with my family, and we had a fantastic stay. the staff were incredibly polite and friendly without being intrusive. the location is perfect, just a short distance from Osmanbey Square and the metro station, making it very convenient for shopping in the Nisantasi area.

This hotel had a cozy king studio equipped with a mini-fridge, a microwave, and great air conditioning.

cleanliness: the bed linen were clean - white, and had a pleasant smell. location: 150 m to Osmanbey metro station and 1200 m to Taksim - with many clothes shops and restaurants nearby. local insights: great place for shopping for clothes - groceries, and enjoying cafes and restaurants. service: staff were very cooperative and easy-going.

During my recent stay in Istanbul, I chose Aiza Suites for its convenient location. As a frequent traveler, I appreciate a hotel that is close to the airport, and Aiza Suites is just 16 km away. This made it incredibly convenient for my transit stay. the hotel's proximity to Osmanbey 2, Sultanahmet Tram, and Istanbul itself added a lot of flexibility to my trip, allowing me to easily explore the city.

The narrow entrance and low ceiling of the one-space room may not be suitable for those who prefer a more open and spacious environment.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues we had. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which was important to us during our romantic escape.

The noise from the surrounding area was a major downside, as the windows didn't close properly. the shower set in the bathroom was broken, making it challenging to take a proper shower.

Very clean and great staff. We were actually surprised by the cleanliness of the room at Aiza Suites. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained. The staff were also amazing - they were helpful and accommodating. They were really nice too ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even helped us with our bags and promptly addressed any issues we had. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room at Aiza Suites was amazing! It had a cozy balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. The kitchenette was a great addition, equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. The jetted bathtub was pure luxury after a long day of exploring the city. The room had such nice touches, like premium bedding and air conditioning, that made us feel right at home. It was so convenient to have 24-hour room service, ensuring we had whatever we needed at any time.

Personally, I found the whirlpool bathtub a bit too strong for my liking. But others might enjoy it!
